To strengthen these partnerships, we initiated a ground breaking program "Retail Solutions". Through "Retail Solutions", we are able to anticipate our client¹s every need and deliver one of the highest levels of service in the industry.

Retail Solutions:
In "Retail Solutions", every customer is treated as a unique operating unit with individual needs and requirements. A team composed of planners, r&d staffers, customer service personnel and purchasers are all organized by an account executive. Each major national account receives such a team to ensure a successful partnership.

Planners
The key to "Retail Solutions" is understanding the individual needs of each retailer. In order to accomplish this, a staff of planners with an average of 16 years retail experience is assembled to oversee sales and inventory. This staff allows us to generate higher sales, quicker inventory turns and increased profits for our retail partners.

How does Retail Solutions work?

Our program is designed to allow the client to assign a portion of the planning and development responsibilities to us. We work with the retailer to develop a strategic plan to make the most efficient use of retail space. Our job is to deliver that plan and assign the necessary resources to manage the details.

Planning Services supplied by Retail Solutions:

A planning analyst is assigned specifically to each individual account
Ladders and Sales reports are organized according to the customer’s calendar
Store specific assortment plans are generated
Sales, Margin and Turn are analyzed
A quarterly on-site strategy meeting is held specifically to address market opportunities
A reporting package is designed to analyze performance and identify opportunities and view customers in a new way
A planning analyst makes periodic visits to co-ordinate efforts
